Director
An admitted attorney with over 20 years of broad legal experience, he holds a B. Proc from Walter Sisulu University. His expertise spans Constitutional, Administrative, Construction, Mining, Labour, Procurement, and Local Government Law. As a former Senior State Advocate at the NPA’s Asset Forfeiture Unit for a decade, he specialized in drafting High Court applications and trained prosecutors and investigators on confiscation and financial forensics. He possesses strong communication, analytical, and interpretation skills.
Zandile Jafta
Senior Associate
An admitted attorney of the High Court, she brings 10 years of specialized experience in environmental, administrative law, and legislation drafting. She holds a B.Proc from Walter Sisulu University and has served as a Secretariat for several national departments. Her advanced knowledge encompasses key statutes including PAJA, PAIA, the PFMA, and Immigration and Refugee Law. She is a skilled negotiator and drafter with excellent analytical abilities.
Siphesihle Khoza

An admitted attorney of the High Court, Kamogelo Makgabo holds an LLB degree from the University of the Free State (UFS) and has two years of post-admission experience across various areas of legal practice.
